Laoying1083A Sulfuric Acid Mist Multifunction Sampling Prob was designed based on HJ 544-2016 Determination of Sulfuric Acid Mist in stationary source emission Ion chromatography method, it can be used for pollution source emission of sulfuric acid manufacture factories and users. 

Method and principle：Collect samples of Sulfuric acid mist with series connected fiberglass filter (or quartz fiber) cartridge and absorb bottle with 50mLabsorbing solution, separate and measure the pretreated sample with ion chromatograph, then determine it according to retention time while quantify it according to peak era and height.

Product features

  Sampling probe is made of titanium alloy, with corrosion resistance, glass device is made of inert material such as borosilicate glass

  With heating temperature was automatically controlled

  Cooling water box could both be hung at the end of probe or placed on the platform

  Flow velocity and flue gas temperature could be measured simultaneously with sampling

  Equipped with series of sample nozzle to satisfy sampling with different flow velocity

  Thermal insulation water tank is 90° rotatable, and suits various work conditions
