Product overview

It is a new-style multi-channel gas sampler which aims at change the shortage of time and labor waste, high sampling cost of traditional sampler due to frequent replacement of absorbing bottles during sampling process. It accomplishes air particulate matter and 24-hour dual-channel thermostatic continuous gas sampling, and dua-channel time sharing air sampling. It can be used for atmospheric rotine monitoring and environmental assessment for environmental protection and monitoring, labor and hygiene, factories and mines, scientific research and other relevant departments.

Product features

  One machine with multiple use: Simultaneous five-channel sampling function, sampling flow rate of every channel is separately set and constantly controlled, it also can be used as four-channel 24-hour constant temperature and flow rate sampler, dual-channel equal interval sampling cyclical parallel sampling and TSP/PM10/(PM2.5 optional) PM sampler

  Adopt electronic flowmeter, microcomputer based sampling flow test system, automatic constant flow control out of flow fluctuation due to changes of voltage, temperature and resistance.

  Automatically accumulate and count sampling volume, convert it into sampling volume under standard condition in accordance with atmospheric pressure and temperature

  Accomplished real-time sampling, timing sampling, interval sampling and so on.

  Power cut memory, real-time clock, atmospheric measurement, data storage and printing function

  Small size, light weight, easy to operate

  Equipped with professional thermostat, adopted electronic semiconductor refrigeration, heating apparatus, with high temperature control accuracy

Air sampling 

  Adopt new-type brushless diaphragm pump, low power-consumption and low noise

  Four-channel design, flexible sampling mode with separate control

  Channel A and B are 24-hour constant temperature sampling, one sample each channel

  Channel C and channel D are equal interval cyclic isokinetic sampling, two samples each channel, valid sample can be arbitrarily selected, sampling time and sampling interval can be arbitrarily set

TSP/PM₁₀/PM_2.5 sampling 

  Brushless control draught fan, with low noise, high-load capacity, suitable for continuous long time running;

  Automatic closed-loop control, accomplished constant flow sampling

  Reliable security, automatically stop operating for protection when fault occurs

  TSP/PM₁₀(PM_2.5) sampling head is made of aluminum alloy, anti-electrostatic adsorption.
